i was given a free upgrade to a beautiful suite when i arrived it was such a treat sunset lounge also was amazing i really enjoyed the atmosphere and the views. i had a lunch there the food was excellent and delicious samir vaidya gave us excellent recommendations and catered to our specific needs. i will certainly return and suggest it to friends.

the noise from the kitchen was disruptive it lasted until 1 am and started again at 4 am a good night's sleep was difficult to achieve. the clattering and banging made it hard to relax i expected better sound insulation in a hotel of this class.

the hotel has a good swimming pool and jacuzzi it is well-kept the grill restaurant features tandoori dishes and pamfret fish there is easy beach access and great breakfast options including continental and indian choices.

the staff are helpful throughout the hotel the breakfast team were really good and very attentive uber cabs are available within minutes near the hotel the staff promptly addressed our needs and requests making our visit seamless.

the room was very outdated. the carpet was dirty, and the decor was scratched. i found the fittings and furniture were worn out. ventilation was not adequate in the hotel, i could not open any Windows.

the bed was uncomfortable because it was too soft the pillows were too high this made it difficult to sleep well the noise from the kitchen continued until 1 am then it started again at 4 am I could not get a good night's sleep
